The VTM Public Relations department was created four years ago to serve the communication needs of the clients of our parent company VTM Inc. Today, we are as motivated and entrepreneurial as ever, focusing on contributing to the continued rapid growth of VTM. We are looking for people who share our passion for doing great work with world class creativity, and doing it right the first time.
We groom people in our PR group for leadership roles and believe in promoting from within the company. For example, one of our senior account executives, originally hired as an account coordinator, recently returned from a trade show in Barcelona where she hosted media and analyst meetings with the chairman of a major consortia client.
The respected leaders of our PR practice are seasoned professionals who work side by side with new employees and train them through our extensive formal VTM University program. Our three senior-most counselors possess more than 60 years of combined PR and marketing experience. They have worked for some of the largest PR agencies in the world and with companies ranging from Fortune 500 giants to fast-growing start-ups.
Lisa Sherwin is the Director of VTM’s Public Relations Group. She has managed public relations on behalf of numerous trade associations and special interest groups as well as several high-tech clients. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Portland Chapter of PRSA.
Bill Warner directs VTM’s strategic communications practice. With nearly 30 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing, Bill has provided communications and crisis-management counsel to a diverse roster of clients ranging from high-technology companies to nonprofit organizations.
Ray Berardinelli is an Account Director in VTM’s Public Relations Group. He has served as an executive for and a consultant to several Fortune 500 corporations. He also has founded his own companies and contributed to the marketing efforts of several regional non-profits, including environmental and educational groups.
