Who We Are

VTM’s Event Management Group is a team of professional event managers who offer the utmost diligence and care in comprehensive planning, support and wrap-up services for all types of meetings and events. Since VTM’s inception in 1995, EMG has managed hundreds of events, with nearly 20 percent of these outside the U.S. Supported events range from large-scale conferences and tradeshows to plugfests and workshops for some of the most successful associations in the world.

We offer overall management and logistical coordination for all events including:

   conferences and summits
   seminars
   sales meetings
   press events
   promotional events
   annual meetings
   compliance workshops

   board of directors and VIP meetings
   special events

EMG also offers a host of tradeshow and convention services, from a hosted meeting room or modest exhibit booth to a 60’x90’ pavilion space with exhibiting companies and live entertainment. Our services include:

   exhibitor/sponsor program management
   tradeshow coordination and management
   special events coordination
   scripted skits and special performance management and development
