VTM Named One of the "100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon" by Oregon Business Magazine

VTM, Inc., a communications, marketing and consulting company, was named to Oregon Business Magazine's 2004 list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For in Oregon." The annual list recognizes 50 large companies and 50 small companies.
The award was based on a survey that was completed by all VTM employees and by VTM management. The survey questioned participants about topics such as recruiting and hiring, organizational communication, performance standards, benefits, compensation and career development. Rankings were then based on scores from both parts of the survey.
"One of our goals is to create a work environment that provides employees with the best in professional and personal development," said Rich Baek, president, VTM, Inc. "With this award, our employees have let us know that are successful in creating this environment together."
